You will all be aware that the Government has relaxed the lockdown requirements to allow us to exercise with up to one person from outside our household subject to social distancing being maintained. This means we can play singles, and doubles if all players are from the same household. Therefore we are delighted to announce that from 12 noon on 14 May, courts 1, 3 and 5 are available for use each day from 0900hrs in the morning. Out of consideration for our neighbours the practice wall should not be used. Floodlights will not be available. In the interests of your safety all our buildings will remain closed and must not be used. Anyone wishing to play must book  a one or two hour slot in advance, starting on the hour, using the Clubspark booking system and follow the guidelines below. Subject to weather conditions, the courts will be closed again for repainting from 26 May – 3 June 2020.

Please note it is your responsibility to take all the recommended precautions to avoid catching the COVID-19 virus or passing it on to others and if you visit the Club it is at your own risk. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (a high temperature or a new continuous cough) or you have been in close contact with someone who has, you must stay away from the Club until you have completed self-isolation or have been tested and are all clear.

To book a court you must be an adult member. Juniors under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times at the Club. Members may bring a guest and the guest fee of £3 should be paid into the Club’s bank account by BACs Sort Code 20-88-13 A/c No. 03184153 Reference Members name and date played. Please remember to cancel any booking you make which is no longer required as soon a possible so the time can be used by others.

Balls may be purchased for £5 a tube by arrangement with Sarah Wilson at: sarahcrid@talktalk.net or Mark Love at mdlcoaching@hotmail.com payment by BACs direct to the Club with the reference name and balls

Your existing membership is valid until 30 June 2020 and we will be sending out renewal letters shortly with details of the revised subscription rates for the rest of the year.
