2026 AGM NOTICE

This years Purley Bury Tennis Club AGM will be held at 8.30pm on Monday 2 March 2026 in the Club House

Our Club is run by our Members, for our Members so it is important that as many of us as possible attend to ensure we are on track. We need a minimum of 20 to be quorate!

This year, we are offering the option to join the meeting remotely by mobile phone or computer. You can join the meeting using the MS Teams app or through your default browser if you don’t have MS Office. The presentation slides will be visible and you will be able to hear the presentations live. Your mics will be muted and cameras switched off but you will be able to raise questions through the chat function. Members may contact mail@purleyburytennisclub.net for details.

Adults – Teams and social tennis, proposal for Tournament hot weather plan either by postponing until the first week in September or playing only some of the matches on Finals Day so that no player plays more than once with the remainder played as soon as possible afterwards by mutual agreement and advertised to the membership – Gaz Walsh

Coaching – adults and juniors – Mark Love

Proposal for mixed doubles session 7-8.30pm on Thursday nights when some courts are not required for rota play or coaching – Mark Love/Sarah Wilson
