Working parties
9am-1pm on Saturday 13th April and Saturday 20th April 2024.
Please email Katherine Willis (see forthcoming April Newsletter for contact details), our maintenance co-ordinator, if you can spare some time on either of those mornings, and let her know if you have any preference for the task (s) you’d like to carry out. Tools will be provided but please bring your own if you have any.
You do not have to attend for the whole morning – just half an hour will be helpful if many members participate.
Tasks will include: weeding, pruning, sweeping, collecting rubbish, cleaning windows and the veranda’s glass balustrade, tidying the car park, and any other ‘sprucing-up’ work.
If you are unable to help on either morning, please spend 10 minutes on any of the above tasks every so often at a time to suit you. Gardening equipment and plastic sacks can be found in the brown chest to the left of the patio, outside the kitchen. Thank you in advance for your time!
