There are various categories of membership available to suit the requirements of all types of players.
Club Sessions
Club Sessions are for Full Adult Members and are scheduled at various times during the week:
Monday Evening Rota Sessions 7-8.30pm and 8.30-10pm – Organisers Chris and Glenys Baker

Sessions for Disability Tennis Players
Sessions for players with disabilities take place at the club on a Friday evening from 5.15pm-6.45pm and include free coaching
Over 50’s FREE tennis coaching session for non-members of Purley Bury Tennis Club
Over 50? Looking get out and learn a new sport to improve your fitness and health and meet other people in a safe environment. We have the answer at PBTC, particularly if you’ve felt affects of lockdown such as stress, isolation or just a few extra lockdown pounds – every Friday morning from 11am-12pm

If you decide you want to join we have also introduced a new session for adult members 12-1.30pm on Fridays which are particularly suitable for new members who want to play on.
Coaching
Coaching is run by Mark Love and his MDL coaching team. He was awarded National Coach of the Year in 2015 so you know you are in safe hands. The team look to inspire not only children but the whole family through developing and promoting tennis for all. Contact Mark for more information.
Matches
Mens, ladies and mixed teams take part in the Surrey leagues and Knockout Competitions; there are also Junior and friendly matches throughout the year. There is match practice for men on Tuesday evenings and ladies and mixed pairs on Wednesday evenings.

Juniors at PBTC are well catered for from as young as four when they are entertained on court with mini-

Competitions for seniors, the annual club singles, doubles and mixed tournaments, and a Plate event for juniors, regular tournaments across different age groups.
Social Events Calendar
Regular social events are run by the club and the bar is usually open after training and matches and regularly on a Friday evening.
