Tennis, Tennis and more Tennis
Summer may be all gone – well, it never really came, did it? – but we may yet enjoy an Indian summer, or at least some dry weather so we can play lots of tennis.
If you don’t already participate, why not contact our organisers to join in one or more of our rota and organised sessions? Great news for our off-peak members, we are making Sunday morning tennis available to you for the rest of the membership year at no extra cost, so why not give it a try.
The organisers are:
• Monday Evening Rota – 5.30-7.00pm, 7.00-8.30pm and 8.30-10.00pm – Organisers: Chris and Glenys Baker
• Wednesday Morning Ladies – Organiser: Linda Domaingue
• Wednesday evening Rusty Racket Club Session 8.00pm-10.00 pm – Organiser Mark Love
• Thursday Morning Men (ladies welcome too) – 9.30-11.00am – Organiser: Geoff Green
• Thursday Evening Rota – 7.00-8.30pm and 8.30-10.00pm – Organiser: Geoff Green
• Friday Over 50’s Club Session – 9.30am-12.00pmish – Organised Mark Love
• Sunday Morning Social Play – 9.30am-12.00pm – Organiser: Sarah Wilson
You must be a full adult member to play in the rota sessions on Monday and Thursday, or, in the case of juniors, by invitation. The morning sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday are open to off-peak members as well, and juniors by invitation. The Friday sessions are open to Coaching members as well.

LTA Advantage Membership – Wimbledon ballot
We are a Registered Club with the LTA and this provides an individual LTA Membership package for you, with access to the LTA Advantage Wimbledon ballot. However, you do need to create an account and opt into the LTA Advantage Ballot to benefit. If you have not already done this, you can register @ https://www.lta.org.uk/advantage/. The window to opt into the ballot is open now and closes on 30 September 2024.
