Bar Hire
If you would like to hire the bar please use the contact form or Robbie Watt (rjwatt@outlook.com) giving your name, address, daytime and mobile contact numbers along with the date and time of your planned event.

As a member of Purley Bury Tennis you can book the Bar for the enjoyment of your family & friends, as long as you are in attendance and take responsibility, on:
- Saturday afternoons
- Saturday evenings
- Sunday late afternoons and evenings
We normally require one month’s notice for a booking especially if a Bar extension is required; however we will always try to fit you in if possible, so please feel free to ask.
Staff & Opening Times
Our standard Bar Licence permits us to open in the evenings until 11pm (Sunday’s10:30pm), extensions are permitted subject to approval.
Music
Your personal music playlist can be used. Connected using the latest technology and heard through our speaker system. However feel free to arrange disco’s / DJs, karaokes or entertainers (subject to approval.)
Drinks, Snacks and Meals
All drinks must be purchased from the bar.
Please feel free to make your own arrangements for moreambitious meals. The tearoom has a fridge, oven and microwave for your use.
