Purley Bury Tennis Club was established in 1911 and became a Registered Charity (number 1176144) in 2017. We are pledged to help an increasing number of people across all age groups and abilities to pursue an active and healthy lifestyle, and to play and enjoy tennis more frequently.
In doing so, we provide the opportunity for people from the local community to play sustainably into the future as tots, juniors, teenagers, parents, adults, seniors, and for people with disabilities that wish to play.
We have successfully introduced free LTA qualified coaching sessions for all categories of disabilities and we are expanding opportunities for older people over 50, to be coached at a reduced rate.
>Our catchment area is quite wide reaching – Warlingham, Whyteleafe, Purley, Croydon and Sanderstead.
